As a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, Vijo brings a deep understanding of homebuyer needs, financial planning, and loan qualification—knowledge that strengthens Ramvar Homes’ ability to guide clients through the home-buying process with transparency and confidence.

Vijo has successfully led the delivery of multiple spec homes within the company’s first year, with the majority sold immediately upon completion. His responsibilities include overseeing design coordination, cost management, city compliance, contractor collaboration, and on-site construction quality. Bony works with Ramvar Homes as a dedicated design and sustainability consultant, providing remote engineering insights that strengthen the structural and environmental performance of every home we build. With more than 12 years of experience in residential design, structural planning, 3D modeling, and BIM-based coordination, he integrates modern global standards into Ramvar’s project planning and quality workflows.

His expertise includes optimized foundation and structural design guidance, material performance evaluation, energy-efficient planning, and sustainable construction practices aligned with LEED principles. Bony also supports Ramvar’s licensed Texas teams with advanced BIM models, technical documentation, and quality-driven recommendations that improve on-site execution. Bony is a LEED Green Associate and holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. His training spans sustainable design, BIM methodologies, and international residential engineering standards commonly used across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
